Account
- Sign in: https://app.branchboundstudio.com/sign-in
- Reset password: Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page.
- Change email: Profile → Account → Email.
- Delete my account: Profile → Account → Delete account. Permanent and irreversible.
Billing
- Update card: Profile → Billing → Manage payment.
- Cancel subscription: Profile → Billing → Cancel. One click. Keeps access until end of paid period.
- Refund request: Email support@branchboundstudio.com within 14 days.
Reading
- Audio not playing: Tap the audio toggle. Some browsers require an explicit interaction before audio plays.
- Lost my place: The reader auto-saves on every choice. Sign in on another device to resume.
- Story didn't end how I expected: Stories actually branch. Replay with different choices.
Studio
- Lost my draft: Studio auto-saves. If a draft is missing, email support@branchboundstudio.com with your account email.
- Audio generation failed: Try a shorter line. If it persists, contact support.
