Account

  • Sign in: https://app.branchboundstudio.com/sign-in
  • Reset password: Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page.
  • Change email: Profile → Account → Email.
  • Delete my account: Profile → Account → Delete account. Permanent and irreversible.

Billing

  • Update card: Profile → Billing → Manage payment.
  • Cancel subscription: Profile → Billing → Cancel. One click. Keeps access until end of paid period.
  • Refund request: Email support@branchboundstudio.com within 14 days.

Reading

  • Audio not playing: Tap the audio toggle. Some browsers require an explicit interaction before audio plays.
  • Lost my place: The reader auto-saves on every choice. Sign in on another device to resume.
  • Story didn't end how I expected: Stories actually branch. Replay with different choices.

Studio

  • Lost my draft: Studio auto-saves. If a draft is missing, email support@branchboundstudio.com with your account email.
  • Audio generation failed: Try a shorter line. If it persists, contact support.
