Refund Policy

The short version

Within 14 days of your first charge, we will refund you in full. No questions, no conditions, no exceptions.

Cancellation is separate from a refund: you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

14-day refund window

You have 14 days from the date of your first subscription charge to request a refund. If you request a refund within this period, we will provide you with a full refund of the price you paid. You are not required to provide any reason for requesting a refund.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error at any time — for example, charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation — we will refund the erroneous amount in full, regardless of when the error occurred.

Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded. If a consumer guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under that law in addition to the rights described here.

How to request a refund

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day and process them within 5 business days. The refund itself appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation vs refund

These are different actions:

Free trials

If you cancel during a free trial that does not require a payment method, no refund is necessary — you were never charged. If a trial requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day refund window starts from the first paid charge.

Gift subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are refundable to the original purchaser within 14 days of the gift purchase. After redemption by the recipient, the gift is treated as a normal subscription belonging to the recipient.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Refund rules in force at the time of your charge apply to that charge.
