Common questions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from account settings where available, or email support during alpha. We don’t hide cancellation behind a "talk to retention" page.
What happens if I cancel and come back later?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. If you ever re-subscribe later, your founding rate is preserved — even if the founding window has closed to new members. Once you are a founder, you remain one. We cannot remove that from you.
Is Studio really included?
Yes — every subscription includes Branchbound Studio. Same tool our team builds with. No tiers, no add-ons.
Can my whole family use one subscription?
Yes. Story Night and future family-profile features are part of the subscription as they ship. Until family profiles launch, one adult account holds the subscription.
Where does my money go?
Roughly half goes to producing more stories. The rest covers infrastructure, narration, and the people who make it. We’ll publish a yearly transparency note.
