Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in account settings. We don’t hide cancellation behind a "talk to retention" page.
What happens if I cancel and come back later?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. If you re-subscribe later as a founding member, your founding rate is preserved as long as the founding window is still open. After the window closes, returning subscribers pay the standard rate.
Is Studio really included?
Yes — every subscription includes Branchbound Studio. Same tool our team builds with. No tiers, no add-ons.
Can my whole family use one subscription?
Yes. Story Night and family-profile features are part of the subscription. Each profile gets its own progress and reading history.
Where does my money go?
Roughly half goes to producing more stories. The rest covers infrastructure, narration, and the people who make it. We’ll publish a yearly transparency note.
